Promotional Easter Ideas for your business

 
One of the biggest challenges in this industry would have to be finding reliable logistics service suppliers that will keep their promises and in turn keep our customer's happy. The last few weeks have been a bit of a nightmare making sure all of our Easter orders go out on time. Trying to find refrigerated transport for some of our more premium chocolate items has been quite a challenge. Whilst we love living on the beautiful Sunshine Coast (Queensland) sometimes a lot of the other business we deal with can be a tad too laid back. Consequently, we sometimes forget that we can't always have the same services and expectations that you would take for granted in the big city. Whilst living on the Coast is terrific most of the times, it does sometimes challend our motto of "making the impossible possible". I guess this makes doing business on the Coast, that little bit more exciting and challenging. If it was too easy, I suppose we would all just end up hanging out at the beach all day sipping on cocktails and lounging in the sun. Despite all of this though, I can quite confidently say that we always manage to find a solution that keeps everyone happy. One of our best lessons along the way has been 'once you find a good supplier, keep them happy and stick with them'. This is a lesson that probably reigns true in any industry; but is VITAL in ours. If we maintain a good relationship with our suppliers we are in a better position to motivate them to squeeze orders in for us, deliver on time etc....and in turn we are able to offer a higher level of service and product to our clients. So at the end of a busy week I am glad to say that we successfully managed to keep all of our clients satisfied and more than happy with their Easter gifts. One of favourite Easer giveaways this year was the Paxus Easter promotion (see image below). This cute little bunny is made from DELICIOUS Belgian chocolate and whilst it was a bit of a challenge sourcing all the matching corporate coloured elements, the finished product not only tasted GREAT but it also looks SENSATIONAL.
