Embroidery on Promotional Products

Embroidery is an embellishment of a fabric or garment in which coloured threads are sewn on to the fabric to create a design. Promotional Products Embroidery may be done either by hand or machine. To create an embroidered design a proof is digitized and read by the computer which then sends instructions down to the embroidery machines. Embroidery machines produce high quality, neatly stitched, multi-colour designs on clothing, and various textiles. Promotional Products Embroidery machines use circles to hold your item in place so an additional area is needed. Please ensure that you have allowed for a ring to be able to fit between the seams, ribbing and edges. Always check that the material of your promotional products you wish to embroid will not tear or run when the machine places the embroidery on. A basic corporate logo on a custom embroidered hat or embroidered shirt will usually run about 7,500 stitches. Once you provide us with artwork, we can give you an estimated stitch count for your job.
